How Do I Create A Setup File For A Database Driven Windows Application?

I have created a simple teacher records management system using C#, visual studio 2010, MS SQL Server 2008. I want to create a setup file for that app. I tried to use the publish wizard in vs 2010 but im stuck on how to incorporate the db in the setup files. Please help
