How Do I Add Images To Html File.

Hello, i have a html file like below:

my page and texts.
and also this is where i want to past an image
or image link link like:
<img src="pic_mountain.jpg">

< / pre >

(I put those spaces into pre, because question page makes it invisible without spaces. :D )

Anyways when i try to add pictures into that pre tag, i am not able to. I can not copy-paste from clipboard, i can not paste by code from clipboard, i can not add img source. is there any way that i can copy pictures those without deleting pre tag?
