When I'm working with multiple application. Splash screen is on above of each application. So Its gooooooooood idea...

Nice! Works as described on VS2010 Pro - I just tried it on VS2005 Standard and it works there too! I'm constantly irritated by splash screens (especially the one in Adobe Reader) covering something when I'm trying to multi-task while the launched program initializes. At that point, I have to just stop and stare until it loads, before I can finish even a basic Windows Explorer file function.
Just because you can. If any of you don't want to remove it then ignore the page. You have so much spare time you can gripe over things that don't even matter to you?
