@RyanDev : No Sir, I have Page_load with if(@isPostback) and the dataloads within it.
also, I dont understand why, the selection of item in one dropdown of user control instance, fires the onselectedindexchanged event of same dropdown in other instance of user control.

Saw the example in detail.
Though it is good one and meets the purpose, I am searching for li'l advanced one (may be like a single T-Sql statement to transpose the rows & columns)

I know that It may require lots of Javascript code, If I go with my knowledge. I am trying to explore any other mode, which other members know, which may simplify my work. Lest will explore the other method!!!!

Other than overloading issue (use "display Estimated execution plan" to know the time taken for query execution), the query has no issues. It fetches the value required.

For getting the Age, you should have the member joining date (if age of work) or birth date (if age of employee)

Please mention clearly the requirement.
The DateDiff function gives difference between two date values. I don't think the MemberIdNum is the DateValue. Is it?
