One little CD gone,
Then two CDs gone,
Then 5 more gone,
For a total 7 gones,
If I was a CD R,
I'd wanna cry,
Cause I'd be just a goner,
For a nasty CD burner.

Each 500 posts and each year of membership gives you a new level, BUT you get a headstart to bronze (effectively you need to hit 1000 posts to get the next level, or submit an article).

Chris,
I'm not sure that this article exists already, as it may and I have not yet seen it but this is my idea. It would be interesting to read an article about the inception of the code project web site. What it took to get it up and going, why you felt the need for this site, and where you see it going. If this article already exists please point me to it, I am interested would like to read it.

I suppose that if they did, it would reveal to all the world that they're all psychotic. Or that they really fantasize about carnal knowledge of bizarre marsupials, instead of women, like the rest of us.

Hey
I wonder if I could write a non-tech article for CP.
Hmmmm
I think I'll mail ya and get your approval before I begin.

Doesn't it go something like.
Zafi whatshisface started codeguru and it was good.
You got really involved and did loads of stuff.
They sold out to earth web or someone.
Everyone thought "wow, didnt expect that, how much did he get?".
There was codeguru and it wasnt good.
You started this place and it was good.
The end?

I was thinking something like a 5 page article (sighs) with pictures and all, but I do like your facial expressions for each different stage of the CP progression.

With me and my bad sense of clicking, it would be nice if you forced the preview popups to stay on top of the calling window (pseudo modal).

Not sure whether this is a bug or by design,
When I view my own profile the member since is displayed as () rather giving the number of months and years. Viewing somebody else's profile shows the correct value (3 months)

Have you heard that the symbol () stands for 11-12 months....

It looks to be a problem with people who joined in April
Jason Hooper and kevnar are both missing the value and they joined in april as well.

More of a bugreport than suggestion.
Recently it seems that the latest entries in the lounge on the main page
is in some random order.
And a wish..
If you want to find a older thread today you have to keep pressing
next until you get to the page with the thread.
It would be nice with a list that only had the thread subjects.

Ok, either someone is VERY fast in implementing the suggestions,
or i should check better before posting something.
Anyway, forget the wish....since its already there..

What is the difference between the [View Thread] and [Get URL] links on each post. If you click them bith you get the same results. Both of them load the thread without any other threads.
