Here's some trivia for you: When Uwe wrote the original forum scripts 2 years ago he referred to messages as 'articles'. Even though I've rewritten the scripts about a dozen times the internal API still refers to messages as articles, and very occasionally you'll find the word 'article' popping up instead of 'message'.

Hi
How about adding a ViewProfile link adjacent to the [Reply], [Email Author] etc links ?
This link will show up a page containing the bio of the author who posted the message.Presently we have to navigate out of Lounge or other forums and go to WhosWho page and search.Of course this is just suggestion !!

Haven't you ever clicked on the head-icon?
Now there are other non-head icons too, but you get the idea I guess.

Chris, just to bring it to your attention.
In every article on the site, you added four links, at the bottom of the article, to the top four rated articles in the same section. It seems that in the C++ / MFC section, the links all point to the same article, and while it is a good article, it is far from the top rated ones.
Also, from the front page, if you click on the latest tutorials to bring up all tutorials and beginner articles, you will see that the same article is listed six times.

Chris
To add on to what PJ has said, by popular I would think article-views would be a better indication of that than the ratings. So instead of showing the 4 top-most rated articles, please show the top-4-most-viewed articles

Isn't that sort of self-feeding though? I mean, the articles listed in the quick-links would be prolly clicked on more, thus becoming even more most-viewed.
omg, what awful grammar i have today...

With all these hot new CP editors flashing there kewl icons everywhere, whould it be possible on the articles that they edit to have one line eg edited by James T Johnson that way if an editor isn't performing well, we'll know where to portion the blame.
