That's what I selected, but not in relation to software development, but rather life.

It's always fun learning new things in life like learning a language (no programming language!), learning how to drive a new vehicle (like a boat) or just develop your character, being more friendly to other people, being less shy and many other things.

That's what really counts for me, learning new stuff for my job just comes second (or third, forth).
