It should never have been working in forums to begin with. We merged some code between forums and Tips n Tricks and so stuff leaked

I would like to add that the feature/bug is still available in Q&A. I just checked it.
By the way, I must also tell you that I have seen an image used in a question a long back. I was not very regular that time so didn't report it and have forgotten about it.

It would be fun to allow sufficiently repped users to add an avatar to their sigs.

I would like to ask that html tags NOT be counted as part of our sig character count.

I'm afraid the sig size is limited for disk cost reasons. With a gazillion members every sig byte must be getting quite expensive. Maybe we need a new tag that says: "include sig from member XYZ here", I suggest <GOSUB sig="XYZ">

I would also like the hamsters to allow the <img src > tag to be locked into the sig.
I changed it, saved it and watched as it disappeared.

Me too Chris. Actually In my signature link tag takes many characters. At least one more 250-500 chars will be fine. May be I should try tinyurl or something for links in signature but some people hesitate to click the links(they may think like NSFW) other than CP or personal site.

A signature is meant o be brief and not something that bogs down page downloads for those with poor connections. Think of it as a challenge.

I am using IE7 and the article titles are centered and breaking onto multiple lines (looks sloppy). Is it supposed to be centered or would it look better if the title was left alligned on the page?

It does that all the time. The next time you visit the article, it might be okay.
CodeProject layout is like a box of chocolates. You never know what you're gonna get.

Or rather a box of cocktail nuts. You know there's a macadamia in there but all you get are peanuts.

Ouch.
Are there specific issues you have with the layout and if so, in which browser?

Sorry, I just got into the flow of things once John started with his chocolate analogy

IE 8 on Windows 7 64 bit here. I've seen a few weird layout issues in the past week or so, but I assume most of them were due to site-updates and my not having got the latest page/html. But the issue that continues to hit me is how the css does not load and the page loads looking totally messed up. This happens at least once or twice every day.
Another slightly unrelated thing is that the IMG tag seems to be enabled in forums now. I don't know if you intended that or not.

It's not limited to the forums...

Yep.
Is this a new feature for sufficiently reputable users?
EDIT =============
Nope. It's been "fixed".

I've fixed this internally but have not yet had a chance to deploy.
I certainly want to ensure thiings work with IE7, but can I suggest, for your viewing pleasure and your security, you upgrade your browser if possible.

Sounds like a plan. Will do it at home but my work browser, I have no control over...it will have to stay at IE 7.

I have installed the latest version of FF and the viewing pleasure has increased 10 fold. Now, I am bashing my head and asking myself why I just didn't do this sooner. Happy Holidays.

Fine - but Bob lost his Santa suit!

Yep, he had a quick change back: but now some of the screens are grey bordered for me as well...
