Erhhmm, you are seriously calling a single one vote abuse.

Yes I did and I found two five votes the rest one votes. Some of the articles he one voted even deserved it. Everybody is entitled to their personal view. The account looks suspiciously like a SP account to me, but I wouldn't want to decide on that just based on his voting history.
Cheers!

As I already said. The account is suspicious, but there is nothing extraordinary about it.

Please see my report on the code spammer below (a spammer in Q&A forum, posting bare code dump, with no sense, no explanation, ignoring warnings about spamming); CodeProject ID was "slayer091".
This account was disabled (probably yesterday). It looks like this person created an account again — same ID, same topic in question and same manners.
Please see:

Is such scenario possible? What can be done?
Thank you,

It is indeed the correct place.
Go back to the article, and at the top next to the rating stars is a red flag. If you click on it, one of the options is "plagiarized". % of those, and the article disappears. But report it here as well, so others can decide if it warrants a flag!

Maybe it is time for me to go to bed - I just don't see the red flag anywhere. I see the "Discussion bubbles", but clicking on them sends me to the bottom of the page to the Comments and I don't see the flag there either and I don't see it if I start entering a comment.
I tried switching between "fixed" and "fluid" layout and I tried loading the page up in IE8 and Google Chrome.
Do I have to rate the article to get to the red "plagiarized" option?

The red flag is right at the top of the article, next to the discussion bubbles. I believe you have to have a certain reputation before you see it though.

No - it looks like it is a level problem. You don't have enough reputation yet to see the flag (this may be a anti-sock puppet thing).
For the moment just report it here and when you reach the appropriate reputation level. Which reputation you need to boost to see it, I don't know!
I see it, but when I log in as my cat (it's a long story, don't ask) I don't.
