Not via the account page, but it can be accessed from a link. But if the account is gone, it doesn't matter that you have a screenshot to show why - we can't follow the links to "tidy up" the messages from an image because they do not include the URL anyway!
This message is manufactured from fully recyclable noughts and ones. To recycle this message, please separate into two tidy piles, and take them to your nearest local recycling centre.
Please note that in some areas noughts are always replaced with zeros by law, and many facilities cannot recycle zeroes - in this case, please bury them in your back garden and water frequently.

I think the hamsters should have a look, just in case of old rep-bugs coming back or something like that. But I don't think the user is to be reported.
On the other side... if the 60k were in Author... ok. But such a jump in organiser... is more difficult

It is. I just found it odd that you've only posted 1 answer in August, but you have been on the Top Experts for the past few days.
I wasn't, now I am, then I won't be anymore.

Yes I can see that. Maybe this rank is done based on recent votes, so probably I got recent votes on my old answers (I just answered a new question right now...).

Maybe it was a problem with the score update, because I just checked and I am not leading

I have amended the question so as to leave the answers - as they are good answers. I have also deleted his comments asking for getting the text.
