Yep! The "question" is his, the first "answer" is his - it's a rep hunter.

The revisions are annoying, but more to the point he posted the "question" and the "answer" - so I'm assuming this is a rep point hunter, given the nature of the question and answer.

No idea why and it's a bit hard to look into on my phone . It seems to be an awful lot of stuff if the purpose is simply to have a difference from one revision to the next.
