2 Points:
1) I used the "go to Forum" widget on the filtered mask. I saw what it was and that 98% of the posts in that article are writen in non-english language.
Then I decided to let them through due to the reasons I already said before.
2) Even if it were to another forum or to the QA... they are not spam, so I would still have let them through because I don't want the spam filter to be confused. Then, I would have gone to the message and said "This is an english site" and reported the message locally, but I repeat: I think that clicking on "reject" in the spam filter for such messages is a bad idea.
If CP Staff has another opinion... then I am open to "reeducation"

I agree that the spam filter rejection is the wrong place.
I am just looking for the appropriate guidance on what our stance should be......i.e. let them through then report them for 'abuse' at the message level, or let them through and then ignore them.

I believe the official stance is that the site is english, but I can't find a proper link for that.
So I guess we have to ask @chris-maunder for advice.

I would say (personal opinion), yes... we can ignore them. Check for spam OK, but not nuke the message if clean / legitime question to the author.

Your comment "The only problem is, when 1 starts, they all start and then it becomes unmanageable" is spot on, but I tend to agree with letting this one go for now because it is specifically aimed at a non-English culture.
The Google translate API is definitely a possibility...

We've made a couple of changes to the spam filter that are aimed at providing more separation between "definitely spam" and "possibly spam". A small change to the tokeniser and a large change to the scoring system. On top of this, as you may have noticed, the spam filter now has sharper teeth. Do not be alarmed if you see spammers and spam disappear a little quicker. Do be alarmed, and please alert us, if you see legitimate accounts being closed. This shouldn't happen unless someone's being a little persistent, but shouldn't != never.
