This would-be article is a difficult one: Walkthrough in detail : Create Dataset and Database with two relational tables. An UpdateAll method on the TableAdapterManager.[^]
Yes, he lists sources at the end - a long list indeed - but ... every bit of text I google comes up somewhere. I'm at a loss to find anything he did write himself, other than trivial additions.
For example:

Check out Set the control to be created when dragging from the Data Sources window[^]

Try: File Properties[^] - ok, he adds "An example is a Readme text fil." but that's not really necessary (or spell checked).
Apart from the pictures, I can't see this as a "new" document by the OP. But technically, he lists his sources, so it's isn't plagiarism, is it?

Plagiarised because of improper referencing (no indication of copied text and from where it has been copied) and not enough original content.
I did not check all the text but your post and the large reference list indicate that it is more than acceptable:

For reporting the user it is an edge case. From my point of view he should be notified to allow him updating the article. With proper indication, the amount of copied text will be clear. But I guess that there will be not enough content left.

I have checked them. They are OK.
The article has one MSDN quote without link (but clear quote indication) and MSDN quotes in the source code (also without links but indication and copied text is from the MSDN pages of the function called in the next line). While not perfect it is acceptable from my point of view.
I just wrote a comment on the initially mentioned article because it has been re-submitted after being closed.

At least he now have used italic for the quotes and links the source on the text itself not only at the end in the references... so you can distinguish what is his text and what not.
If what he claims (that such a guide is nowhere to be found...) That would already be original / useful enough for me.
If the explanations of MSDN are clear enough, one doesn't need to reinvent the wheel. As far as the proper and correct references are placed (which now look much better than previous version)
About the "preface" content... If the article now can stay... I would delete that, since it brings nothing.
