Then vote it for poor cuality, kill the bad quality projects, but leave the user alone. It is not a fault what he did.
You pretty often come with spam reports where they clearly are not spam. Stop doing it, please. The only thing you achieve is to confuse the spam filters and provoke more false positives.
@OriginalGriff you voted spam in the project too and it wasn't

The site search seems not to work right now. But here you have an example.
Spammer in QA - Member 14797117[^]
And this is not even a month ago. So either you don't pay that much attention to come and complain about it or your start facing tiny memory leaks.
I can give you that the "pretty often" might be a bit exagerated, but it is not a punctual case, that's for sure. There have been several times I have had this discussion with him and many others where I didn't say anything because I didn't want to say anything in that moment.
EDIT: Manual search:
Spammer in QA - Member 14593188[^] Irrelevant code is not spam
Spammers in QA - Member 14591623 - gone[^] posting garbage is not spam
Spammer in forums - Vitória Oliveira[^] non-answers but no spam links
Spammer in QA - Member 14617754[^] rubish, not spam
...
And I don't want to search for more.
EDIT2:
And note that I am not saying those guys and their garbage didn't deserve to get kicked. They did. But we can use abusive / troll in the account and other kind of reports in their messages. The point is... if we use "spam" then we train the filters wrongly.

Sorry, but your are...
Your only example seems to be to report a thing as spam or troll

Use the other options that don't confuse the automatic filters. It is already difficult enough to start teaching them with incorrect data.
Jeez... it can be so frustrating to speak with you.

We all care about the site, if not, we wouldn't be investing our private time to keep it clean as we do. I respect you a lot as a professional and I think that your technical knowledge is far beyond mine. I think you know how many time CP Staff invested / still invest with the spam filters and I suppose too, that you understand the logic behind it, how it works and how difficult it is to keep them accurated.
And exactly because of that, it even is more difficult for me to understand, why is so important to use the word spam even when it is clear that it isn't?
There are more options to click that come to the same end and don't affect the other processes... why do you block that hard, when I ask you to consider / use them?
Of course, I can't force you to anything and it is not my intention. I just find it sad, to increase the noise for the filters being totally unnecessary, at the end is more work for all of us.

And I think you missunderstand my intention. I don't want to point you like "you fool" or whatever. I only try to spare additional "work" for all of us and spare some users to get caught by the filters as wrong positives.
Richard MacCutchan wrote: but we all make mistakes from time to time. I know, I am far away from perfection and make them too.
I have lost the count on how many times I have had to apologize due to my wrong reports or because I missunderstood things.
No worries, I am stopping here. I think you can understand what I mean and if not, it is because you don't want to, either way it is needles to repeat it anymore.
As I said before, I respect you and I know that you do a lot of good for the site.
Sorry if I bothered you, have a nice weekend

I voted for extremely poor quality on this one, as required documentation is practically inexistant.

Dynamic SQL going crazy!![^]
Kanishka Basak - Professional Profile[^]
The intro section is copy'n'paste'n'tweak from somewhere - exactly where I'm not sure, it appears all over the place. But this has a heck of a lot of it in one lump: SQL Server Dynamic SQL[^] though I doubt that's the actual source.
Compare the CP version:
Quote: Dynamic SQL is basically a programming technique that enables you to build SQL statements dynamically at run time. It allows you to create more general purpose flexible SQL statement because the full text of the SQL statements may be unknown at compilation. For example, you can use Dynamic SQL to create a stored procedure that queries data against a table whose name is not known until run time.
And the "original":

It's even got the original grammar errors left in ...
