GeneralUpdating Internet Explorer Pin

There is a setup project that determines the IE version of the computer and decides whether IE 6.0 will be setup or not. If the setup is required, some components (internet tools etc.) need to be installed from internet. But I desire that setup is not to be done from internet, but is to be done from the local machine. How can I find these components?

Here is the warning screen: (It's translated from another language.)

"Setup Windows Update:

The Windows Update on your computer: Internet Explorer and Internet Tools are not valid for your operating system. Setup will install the proper files from Internet. Do you want to continue?"
