Yes the admins could ask him why he does this.
Rohan Leuva wrote: What can be the solution to this problem?
This has been debated since voting was implemented. There is no real solution for this yet. The best thing you can do is ignore the down (and up) votes as they just don't really matter do they?
Rohan Leuva wrote: without any reason
Yes it does. You can down vote any of the answers for any reason or no reason at all just like everyone else.
In the end it just doesn't matter. At the end of the day, the points don't matter. If I had a dime every time that some p!ssed off 14 year old went through and down voted all of my postings just because I refused to do their homework for them....

Of course points doesn't matter a lot,but this is abuse and should be curbed. I would like to thank all the members who considered this. Please have a look at my recent message to Chris in this thread.

The best thing to do is ignore it.
If you give the down voter the idea that it matters to you, you give him an incentive to continue - by creating sock puppets if necessary. If you don't react, they get bored and give up pretty quickly.
We all get them - one guy went on a spree, downvoting everything I posted. But since it doesn't matter (it's not as if you can swap points for money) I couldn't be bothered to react and he got bored and stopped. It's only worth their time and effort if it gets a reaction!

I am solely agree with you,but if we totally ignore them then they will think that no body is there to look at him and they can do anything they want. I think that should not be. We can ignore some time, not every time.
I have also ignored them many times but today or later, abuse must be prevented. I am very much thankful to all of you who considered this and others as well.

Those aren't spam - but they are abuse.
Spam is advertising that isn't paid for - unsolicited and intended only to drive traffic to a site, or get sales. Those comments aren't that. But ye, they are abuse - they are just rubbish, and there are enough of them to serious warrant an abuse vote. Unfortunately, I can't give one - because the account is dead!
In future though, try to link to a page rather than take a snapshot and post a link to that - it's easier to read, and we can check it / follow it up a lot more efficiently.
Well done!

Quote: try to link to a page rather than take a snapshot and post a link to that
Well,i was not sure whether that page will be available for viewing or not if he deletes accounts by seeing this message,so my intention was to make that thing alive through snapshots.
But,its good that, though that account is not active, link to those comments is still alive.
Thanks.

Not via the account page, but it can be accessed from a link. But if the account is gone, it doesn't matter that you have a screenshot to show why - we can't follow the links to "tidy up" the messages from an image because they do not include the URL anyway!
