Nelek is right, it's all down to context, and the other responses from the same poster. I don't think it's a problem in this case, and it's certainly a better way to answer a question than plagiarising the answer he was given and posting it as his own!
I don't think the OP deserved to be downvoted for that, and have upvoted it in compensation.

I didn't down vote it nor report it.

I didn't say you did: I was just relaying my thoughts on the matter.

This is not an article, is it? Simple Calc App Using AndroidStudio[^] It's an application with a couple of screenshots!
Who let this through?

Why not report it using the flag at the top of the article?

I did, but it takes more than one to remove it. Hence posting it here.
Is it just me or are some rather dubious articles passing these days?

3 Reports at present (I used 'Extremely Poor Quality', as that is the issue).

Apparently, too many simpletons now have access to reviewing article submitions.
I remember that article. I hit "Extremely poor quality" on it early today, but apparently, was overruled.

There is a question in Q&A that seems suspicious to me: update browser url without reload[^].
As of now I've only asked OP to clarify his intentions, somebody else might also want to check this.
Cheers!

I can: you want a seamless payment experience without having to redirect the user to PayPal. Essentially it's "How do I use PayPal as a backend payment gateway".

Starting the list with two open source libraries are only meant to make you overlook the spam in the third one. Although the link points to a CodePlex project, it only contains samples on how to use the commercial product (which we have seen way too much of already).
