I remember that article. I hit "Extremely poor quality" on it early today, but apparently, was overruled.

Starting the list with two open source libraries are only meant to make you overlook the spam in the third one. Although the link points to a CodePlex project, it only contains samples on how to use the commercial product (which we have seen way too much of already).
