When clicking Help!/General FAQ I get a page that is basically empty, none of the FAQ articles is shown. The reason is my article search filter contains a few keywords that are fine for a normal article search, not for a help.
Maybe "General FAQ" should just not show and hence also ignore the filter?

Good catch, Luc.

Hey, guys -
What would it take to implement a private forum for the above-mentioned user group? I gather from Roger and Piebald that this was planned at one time but wasn't completed.

Go to the forum and, if you're a manager of the group, you'll see an edit icon at the top left of the forum. Mark the forum as private.

Cool. I'll point Piebald at this.

Oh? When?
I'll go try it...
It's already checked.
I checked a few other boxes as well.
While we're on the subject...
Code Frog had applied, but as his profile doesn't say he's in the southwest, I didn't approve him, but somehow he got approved a few months back.
I mean him no disrespect, but if he's not in the described area...

Someone else may have approved him.
Edit the group, go to Members, and remove him.

I think that the description of the setting
Read Only? (only owners or members of the owner group can post)
is wrong -- I wasn't able to post when I set it.
The first post in a thread doesn't seem to indicate who posted it.
It was set as "Blog format". I've updated it.

And the "All statuses" filter doesn't seem to work as expected.

Unfortunately a known issue.

How do we bookmark a particular answer in Q&A?
For sometime now, I have been bookmarking the whole question to keep a note of it.
Am I missing the place/icon for it or the functionality itself is missing?
I am sure, I am not missing it out!

It's not been added, but I'll add a note to add it.

I have seen the helpers and tools available to write a CP article,
but wouldn't it be very useful to have a page where you could actually
build the article direclty in CP? Is that too difficult to achieve?
It's generally much easier to download the article template and build it locally. This is especially true for articles that take days, weeks or even months to complete. Some of us are mere mortals and cannot write an article in half an hour.

If it takes longer than half an hour, I don't want to know - that's why my articles are of such a low quality.

If this[^] is low quality, then goodness knows what my attempts will be classed as.
